If you live in a big city like I do, then you know that rush hour can be a complete nightmare. In fact, I am afraid to do the math to figure out just how much time I wasted sitting in traffic over the course of the last year. Or worse, imagine how much time one could spend sitting in traffic over the course of a lifetime!

So last evening I was talking to a complete stranger at a cocktail lounge near my townhouse. He and I share the same sentiment for our traffic situation, and he asks me if I have ever heard of live work lofts. Well of course I had no idea what the heck he was talking about so it piqued my interest.

It turns out that these townhomes Carlsbad realtors are selling are in a new concept type of community. They are going out of their way to sell Carlsbad CA commercial real estate along side with their residential real estate. In this way they create a community in and of itself where people both live and work. Therefore there is no need to commute. No need to commute means no rush hour. I think it’s an interesting concept!
