Run a Home Care Company

My grandfather’s current situation has given me an idea for a home business: running a company that provides elder care for people in their own homes.
I know from experience that many elderly people don’t want to leave the homes they know and love, even when they can no longer take care of themselves very well. And many of these peoples’ families want to — and have the means to — arrange for them to stay in their homes. So they hire companies that provide the necessary care for them — help bathing, dressing, eating, etc. — in their own homes.
These companies are quite a bit in demand right now, especially as the Baby Boomers are aging — and not wanting to go into sterile care facilities. Who can blame them? But my point is, this creates a demand that a home business can easily fill. Since your employees go to people’s homes, after all, it would be easy enough to run the business out of your own home.
Of course, you will need to be sure that your employees are properly trained and completely trustworthy, which may be more stress than you are interested in taking on. But you could also easily hire enough people to take care of all the actual caregiving duties, while you handled the marketing, customer service, and other office stuff.
What other business ideas can you think of that can be turned into home businesses?
