The marine supply company that I go to is right down the street.  We live near the bay so this is very convenient for me to go.  We picked the area that we live in because of the location near the bay and we have never regretted that decision, even during hurricane season, knock on wood.  The store that I frequent has all of the marine accessories that I need, and some that I do not.  I make sure that I go to the store at least once if not twice a month just to make sure that I am not missing anything. 

One of the recent displays that I saw at my local store was for Mercury outboard parts.  They were mainly motors that were on display.  These motors by Mercury were recently voted tops by boat customers who have an opinion by JD Powers and Associates. It is a great company and they have great boat parts.  The store that they were displayed at made sure that this was one of the points for the display.  Stocking quality products and parts is very important to my local boating supply store.  I have always thought if you stock the right parts, the customers will always come.
