Home Businesses that Get You Out of the Home

Is your home business keeping you cooped up?

Is your home business keeping you cooped up?

Just because your business is home-based doesn’t mean you need to spend your business day in the home.  There are plenty of home businesses that actually get you out of the home.

One example is if you run a business as a private golf instructor, offering golf training for students in a small class or one-on-one setting.  Unlike a golf college, in this setting you don’t have your own golf course on which to hold lessons, so you have to meet your students on other golf courses — perhaps where you have an agreement with the golf course operator that you can hold private lessons there.

In this case your proper business address is either your office — if you have one — or your home, but obviously you won’t be actually doing business there.  Not unless you have a putting green in your backyard!  So you really get the best of both worlds: Working for yourself, without having to be cooped up in your house or at your office all day long.

Working for yourself is a dream that many people cherish, but almost no one dreams of not leaving the house for days at a time.  What could be better than a home business that gets you out of the home?
